Annotations
No annotations yet. Select a point or range, then choose Add annotation.
Analysis history
- Workflow steps will appear here as you review the recording
Power spectrum
Estimate power spectral density for up to the first eight selected channels with Welch averaging or a direct FFT.
Band power
Compare delta–gamma power across channels for the visible window or complete recording.
Choose a scope, then compute
The visible window is faster and matches the signal currently under review. Use the complete recording for a whole-recording summary.
Mean band-power profile
Mean across the channels included in the latest run.
Delta
0.5–4 Hz—Theta
4–8 Hz—Alpha
8–13 Hz—Beta
13–30 Hz—Gamma
30–100 Hz—- Largest band

Channel comparison
Compare bands by channel, then use the distribution chart to review their mean proportions.
Digital filtering
Preview and apply a filter while keeping the raw recording available for comparison.
Spectrogram
Inspect how spectral power changes over time in one channel.
Statistics
Compute descriptive measures for each channel in the active signal state, then screen the visible window for review flags.
Visible-window quality screen
Check for possible flat signal, repeated extremes, and unusually large peak-to-peak range. Flags require manual review and are not clinical conclusions.
| Channel | Peak-to-peak | Flat transitions | Repeated extremes | Manual review |
|---|
| Channel | Mean (µV) | Standard deviation | Variance | RMS | Min | Max | Peak-to-peak | Skewness | Kurtosis | Zero crossings |
|---|
Scalp topography
Map a power or amplitude metric across recognized 10–20 channel labels.
Export center
Define the data scope once, then download signals, analyses, figures, or review sidecars.
Signal-data scope
These settings apply to Signal CSV, Data JSON, Filtered CSV, and MATLAB JSON.
Signal CSV
Download samples for the channels, signal state, time range, and precision configured above.
Data JSON
Download the scoped samples with recording metadata and available analysis results.
Signal-view PNG
Download the current signal plot exactly as it is rendered in the viewer.
Analysis report PDF
Build a report from recording metadata and the analysis results computed in this session.
Filtered-signal CSV
Download the configured scope from the filtered signal. Available after applying a filter.
Spectrum CSV
Download the frequency and power spectral density values from the latest spectrum run.
Signal-view SVG
Download the current signal plot as a scalable vector graphic for figures or presentations.
Use signal-view range
Copy the selected range—or the visible window when nothing is selected—into the time scope above.
Band-power CSV
Download the values for the channels included in the latest band-power run.
Active-plot PNG
Download the current tab’s visualization at a chosen resolution scale.
MATLAB-compatible JSON
Download scoped data and available analyses in a structure suited to MATLAB or Python scripts.
Review session JSON
Save or restore the view, channel status, and annotations without copying raw signal samples.
Annotation files
Download time-linked annotations for review handoff or downstream event analysis.
Research review files
Download channel status, quality-screen metrics, or machine-readable annotations for reproducible handoff.
